Zeev is a serial entrepreneur. He has formed several ventures and sits on the board of many life science, biopharmaceutical and medical device companies. Proven record of success in identifying promising life science technology companies and bringing them to the public stock markets both in Israel and the US.
Mr. Bronfeld currently serves as a Chairman of Protalix Ltd ,and also serves as a director of D.N.A Biomedical solutions Ltd, Macrocure ltd and Contipi Ltd.

Previously he served as the deputy manager of Bank Leumi International Division in Israel and co-founder of Trendlines International. Mr. Rhodes holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Todd D. Dollinger
CEO and Chairman of The Trendlines Group. He is a founding partner of Trendlines International Ltd. and launched Trendlines, Inc., a Kansas City-based company providing sales, marketing, consulting and product development services for the American market in 1978. Mr. Dollinger was president and CEO of SRD Medical where he managed private equity placements and all aspects of electronic product development and marketing. Todd majored in psychology at the University of Missouri.
Mr. Tomer Kariv
Mr. Kariv is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pontifax, a group of Israeli based life sciences venture funds focusing on investments in development stage bio-pharmaceutical and med-tech technologies. Mr. Kariv serves as an active board member of many of the funds' portfolio companies, assuming a special responsibility for strategic planning. Among others, Mr. Kariv serves as the Chairman of Check-Cap Ltd and is a board member of Macrocure Ltd, Arno Therapeutics Inc. and Aposense Ltd. During the 10 years prior to establishing Pontifax, Mr. Kariv played a key role in investing, managing and nurturing technology driven companies and startups and has held senior management positions at top Israeli financial institutions. Mr. Kariv practiced law with Sullivan & Cromwell, a leading corporate law firm in New York, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Dr. Eric G. Weiss
Vice Chairman of Colorectal Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida, Weston, Florida. Completed his colorectal surgery training at the Cleveland Clinic Florida in 1994 and since that time has been a staff colorectal surgeon at Cleveland Clinic Florida. He is currently the residency program director of the colorectal surgery residency program at Cleveland Clinic Florida as well as oversees all graduate medical education at Cleveland Clinic Florida as the DIO & Chairman of Graduate Medical Education. He is associated with numerous educational and surgical societies and holds numerous committee appointments and titles.
